Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 3, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Twiggle (the “Service”) operated by Sprout (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

  • You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. The Service

The Service helps founders analyze pitches and explore startup benchmarks. Outputs may include summaries, analytics, and other insights. The Service may change over time, including feature availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
  • Uploading malicious code, scraping in a disruptive way, or interfering with performance.
  • Using the Service to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code except where legally permitted.

5. User Content

You may provide text and other content (e.g., pitch inputs) (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Paid Features, Billing, and Payments

Some features may require payment. If a request triggers a paywalled feature, we may block access and prompt for payment (including via a “Payment Required” response). Fees, billing cycles, and plan details will be shown in-product at checkout or plan selection.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., hosting, auth, analytics, and data sources). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Startup and market insights are informational and not professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprout will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, in-product). Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
